- You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product is in its original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- The item has not been used, washed, or altered.
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items requested for return after 48 hours of delivery.
3. Return Process

- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

- If approved, we will coordinate a return pickup or guide you through the next steps.
4. Refund Process
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued in the form of:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We will notify you once your refund has been initiated.
Note: Shipping or return charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
